Drink Up!


According to this article, drinking beer after exercise is better at rehydrating than water.

Scientists at Grenada University "believe that the sugars, salts, and bubbles in beer help the human body absorb fluids more quickly than water."

This is great news.

I had no idea this conversation was going on.
