Yes, there is a rift in the cosmic continuum as Richard's absence is felt statewide. Where is he? Africa! Tanzania! This is where he is doing good work with his lovely bride, Barb. I think he is going to do some teaching on computers and maybe some First Aid when the Dr. is not coming. He has many skills and lots of energy, I'm sure they will keep him busy.
