That's a very good article Richard. I climbed with Bryan yesterday afternoon and tested the carb/caffiene glycogen replacement theory. BTW it worked. I ran into Gwen and we led that yellow route and the green 5.9 next to it. I had been there almost 4 hours but was still able to do well...not the seventh hold yet but I thought I had it figured out but with this article I'm pretty sure I can get it next time. I'll be up Wednesday or Thursday night next to climb VE. I hope your knee gets better...ice, ice!
