Pull Up Training

This synaptic facilitation technique is new to me and I think it's worth trying - at least for pull ups. The article linked above mentions one person who did chin ups every time "he went down into his basement; each day he would do between 25 and 100 chin-ups."  The secret seems to be to stop well short of muscle failure on each set you do.
