Thursday Sheesh

Six minutes on the wall. Doesn't really matter what you do, we climbed up, and over and around and up again and down. Six minutes is a long time! Repeat ohh... 4-5 times.
Results?
  • A light pump
  • a chance to experiment with non preferred holds and moves
  • and a total slow down, mental and physical.
