Guidebooks of the Future or A REAL use for an Ipod.!

This may surprise you but I own a ipod. I know, not a really good use of technology. Almost as wasted as the satellite radio I discovered in my car. I digress, here is a great use for an ipod!
Right now they seem to be focused on bouldering, and for each guide, you get:
-Directions-Detailed overview maps showing the areas-How to get to each area and all the boulders in each area-A picture of every boulder, and problems-Small area maps for quick orientation-A list of every boulder and its GPS location
There is more onfo on the splitterchoss blog. No podcast guides are available in this area yet. But it seems like a cool idea.
I was thinking those with a blackberry could access Mountain Project online but the reception at most crags seems to be sketcky at best. (must be all the rock...duh.)
The other challenge is the keeping of historical records as you know if you have ever looked in my guidebook. I make notes of what we climbed, what Aaron was wearing and how Mel had her hair.
Now if you want music, here is a fun site. Go to Pandora.com, type in the name of an artist that you like and pandora will create a playlist for you. It's not a free download but it's fun to listen to while blogging. I am having my Ode to Pink Floyd week
